I know you have been waiting on me. It took awhile but I am here. So lets get started.
We did this to entertain, educate, and inform. But who is our true audience. Is it us or them? And how do we define us or them?
Let's try not to forget why we are here and why we started what we started.

I neglected to identify myself.
Our audience is whoever decides to participate in the conversation.
First of all, WELCOME. Now to your question... US and THEM. Them is not us and us is not them. Remind me.
Acutually, I think our reasons for the blog specifically were 1) to keep members of the Village connected and 2) to connect others to the Village and in so doing facilitate the use of our model as a way for others to grow and connect. Review Courtneys very first posting to this blog.
I am thrilled with the dialogue we are having because it means goal number one is being accomplished. And, I believe, that goal two is well on its way to being accomplishe.
And Tim you are correct. We have all been waiting for you to arrive 'cause that's when the party get's started.
